Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
To request a cancellation, please email us at privacy@zoenails.in with your order details. Once we confirm your request and receive the returned product (if already delivered), your refund will be processed promptly.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

It must be unused and in its original packaging
Non-returnable items include:

Perishable or quickly expiring items

Items unsealed after delivery (due to hygiene concerns)

Products that have been mixed with other items post-delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days

The credited amount will reflect in your bank account within 4–5 business days

No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund
