Thank you for shopping with Zoe Nails. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

To request a cancellation, please email us at privacy@zoenails.in with your order details. Once we confirm your request and receive the returned product (if already delivered), your refund will be processed promptly.


Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be purchased within the last 7 days

  • It must be unused and in its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable or quickly expiring items

  • Items unsealed after delivery (due to hygiene concerns)

  • Products that have been mixed with other items post-delivery

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days

  • The credited amount will reflect in your bank account within 4–5 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless mandated by law.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service to avoid any loss or damage during transit.
